Four distinct values guide every D&D Remodeling project.
Your remodel is built entirely by our in-house team, never by subcontractors assembled job to job. A dedicated, on-site Project Lead oversees the work daily, from initial demolition to the final walkthrough. The people who quote your project are the people who complete it.
The same team manages design and construction, creating a smoother, more cost-efficient process without the need to coordinate between separate companies. Once the design is finalized, your proposal outlines the full project cost, and that figure won’t change unless you authorize a change in scope.
D&D does not take on projects for flips or rental properties. We work with homeowners who see remodeling as a long-term investment in their home.
We believe the final 5% of a remodeling project matters most. Before your project is complete, we walk through the finished space with you, identify any remaining items, and fix them before the final invoice is paid.
Every project follows a clear process, designed to keep you informed from start to finish.
Most full kitchen remodels start around $100,000 and run into the $200,000+ range, depending on the scope, finishes, and whether the project expands into surrounding rooms. Bathrooms typically start around $30,000 for a hallway bathroom and $60,000 for the primary bathroom. Basements start around $100,000, and whole-home remodels around $150,000. We use fixed-price contracts, so the number in your proposal is the number you pay unless you decide to change the scope.
We handle all aspects of the design. Every project starts with a design phase where we work through layout, 3D renderings, material selections, and the proposal. By the time construction starts, every decision, down to the cabinet pulls and the grout color, is agreed upon.
For most bathroom and basement projects, yes. For kitchen and whole-home remodels, we usually recommend moving out, especially during demolition and flooring phases. Some clients rent a house down the street for the duration; others stay through the whole remodel. We’ll talk through the level of disruption during the consultation so you can decide what makes sense for your family.
Our crew is in-house and on payroll, with one dedicated project lead on your job from start to finish. The only exception is licensed trades like plumbing and electrical, and we work with the same partners on every project, so the standards are held to our level.
We work in Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Centennial, Lone Tree, Greenwood Village, Park Hill, and the surrounding areas.
We back every project with a 12-month craftsmanship warranty. That said, we often visit with clients well after the warranty window because you can trust the results to hold up long after we leave.
