No. Most homeowners who contact us are still working through what they want and what is realistic. The early calls are exactly where we help you sort that out. As long as you have a general sense of the room or rooms you want to remodel, we can take it from there.
The first phone call and the in-home visit are part of how we get to know each other and decide together if we are a fit. The first paid step is the design phase, and the cost of that work is agreed on before any of it starts.
