We use fixed-price proposals because the scope of work, layout, and material selections are finalized during the design phase. If you decide to change the scope after construction begins, we’ll review the cost and receive your approval before moving forward.
The same in-house crew works on your project from start to finish, led by a dedicated Project Lead. Because we don’t rely on rotating subcontractors for the core remodeling work, you’ll see familiar faces throughout construction.
We isolate the work area with dust barriers, protect nearby surfaces, use air scrubbers, and clean the jobsite at the end of each workday. Before the weekend, we perform a more thorough cleanup to help keep your home clean, safe, and functional while construction is underway.
