“Our old kitchen was small and closed off, and they completely transformed it into the open, bright, and beautiful space we had always dreamed of. They made the process so easy and stress-free from design to construction!“

Take a look at the details, finishes, and craftsmanship in our recent work.
Every project follows a clear process, designed to keep you informed from start to finish.
Every kitchen is priced as a fixed project once the design phase is complete. The starting points below are grouped by how much the scope changes, from a full rebuild in your current footprint to a remodel that reaches into the rooms around the kitchen.
Starting at
A full kitchen remodel within your existing footprint, from demolition through the final finishes. A good fit when the layout already works and the goal is to refresh the space with new materials, cabinetry, and fixtures.
Starting at
A kitchen remodel that changes the layout and how the kitchen connects to the rest of the home by adding an island, removing walls, enlarging windows, or extending the work into adjacent spaces.
Starting at
A remodel that reaches beyond the kitchen itself and into adjacent living spaces with custom cabinetry, premium appliances, and finishes coordinated across the main living areas.
*Every kitchen starts with a design phase that ends in a fixed-price proposal. The number we agree on before construction is the number you pay unless you change the scope. Final pricing depends on the layout changes you want, the finishes you choose, and how far the work extends beyond the kitchen itself.
Most kitchen remodels run four to 10 weeks or longer, depending on the scope. A rebuild within the existing footprint moves quickly while projects that involve structural work, larger windows, or carrying the remodel into the dining or living areas require more time. Our in-house crew is on site Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and the next phase is lined up before the current one finishes, so the project keeps moving.
Most clients move out, especially during demolition, and we recommend it — the kitchen won’t be usable while we’re working in it. We can move your refrigerator to another part of the house so you still have access to it, but cooking, cleanup, and water in the kitchen itself will be off-limits. Some clients stay in the home through the whole project, and we’ll talk through what that looks like during the consultation.
Yes. Our Colorado Class C Residential Contractor license permits us to do structural work in-house, so we can remove load-bearing walls and install the beams that carry the weight above them without bringing in a separate contractor. When a kitchen calls for removing or relocating walls, expanding window openings, or changing how it connects to the rest of the home, that work is engineered and permitted during the design phase, so it’s fully planned before construction starts.
Yes. We’ve remodeled homes of every era, from older brick homes in Park Hill that needed structural engineering and new steel lintels, to 1960s ranches in Centennial where we replaced corroded cast iron and galvanized plumbing as part of the project. We plan for the issues that come up in older homes during the design phase, so the work behind the finishes holds up as well as the work you can see.
We don’t have a strict minimum, but we prefer full kitchen remodels, not partial or cosmetic updates. We’re not the right team for cabinet refacing, swapping out countertops, or adding cabinets while keeping the rest of the kitchen as is. Because everything is rebuilt from the studs out, our kitchen remodel projects tend to start around $100,000 regardless of square footage.
Four distinct values guide every D&D Remodeling project.
Your remodel is built entirely by our in-house team, never by subcontractors assembled job to job. A dedicated, on-site Project Lead oversees the work daily, from initial demolition to the final walkthrough. The people who quote your project are the people who complete it.
The same team manages design and construction, creating a smoother, more cost-efficient process without the need to coordinate between separate companies. Once the design is finalized, your proposal outlines the full project cost, and that figure won’t change unless you authorize a change in scope.
D&D does not take on projects for flips or rental properties. We work with homeowners who see remodeling as a long-term investment in their home.
We believe the final 5% of a remodeling project matters most. Before your project is complete, we walk through the finished space with you, identify any remaining items, and fix them before the final invoice is paid.
